Show what hiring you looks like
Lithium Marketing builds websites that help Toledo service businesses explain their work and earn estimate requests. The median year built for a Toledo home is 1955. If your crews work on older properties, your site should show that experience through completed projects and plain explanations of the work.
A visitor comparing companies needs more than a polished homepage. We give your services room to answer buying questions, connect project photos to those services and put estimate requests where customers can find them. You review the copy and designs before we build the finished site.
Design for the visitor’s question
“Electrician toledo” has an average monthly search volume of 480. Someone arriving from an electrical search should immediately see which services you provide, where you work and how to contact you. We use those questions to organize the first screen and the pages beneath it.
Landscaping searches using “landscaping toledo” also average 480 a month. For that visitor, maintenance and a larger installation may require different explanations and photographs. A website can make both easy to explore without asking the visitor to hunt through an unsorted gallery.

Photographs with a purpose
Only 2.6% of Toledo’s housing was built in 2010 or later. For businesses improving existing homes, job photos should show how the property changed. Add a short description of the starting condition and the work your team performed, then invite the reader to discuss their own property.
In Toledo’s Old West End, the historic housing includes Victorian and Arts & Crafts styles. If you have worked on those homes, use your own examples to answer concerns about preparation, access or protecting existing finishes. Keep those details specific to the job you completed.

A better comparison than a service list
The 83 residential remodeling establishments in Lucas County give a homeowner plenty of companies to investigate. A remodeler’s website should explain the kinds of projects it takes and what the estimate process involves. Clear project descriptions help a buyer decide if the business belongs on their shortlist.
Painting contractors account for 46 establishments in Lucas County. For painters and other project trades, close photographs and concise captions can show preparation and finished workmanship. We place that material next to the service it supports, where the customer is deciding whom to contact.

Writing, design and delivery
The build follows the questions buyers need answered, with your review at the content and design stages.
We review your service list, existing pages and job photos with you. The page plan gives priority to the work you want to book.
We turn your job details into copy customers can understand. You check the facts and service descriptions before they become finished pages.
You see mobile and desktop layouts, including how visitors reach the estimate form. We refine them with your feedback and build the approved design in WordPress.
We test forms and phone links, check redirects and set up analytics and call tracking. Your private Loom walkthrough explains how to maintain the site’s content.
What every Lithium website includes
The same eight parts go into every website build, wherever the business is.
A build with search support
In the Portland area, Sarkinen Plumbing hired Lithium for a website, SEO and Google Ads. The case study covers that full program, including its search and advertising results. The testimonial from Chris Martin at Mt. Hood Pro Painting adds another service owner’s account of working with us.

“Ever since we've used Lithium Marketing, our phone has been ringing off the hook and we can hardly keep up with the leads we get from Google, Facebook or through our website. Most of our leads other than referrals are through Google and it's all because of Lithium Marketing.”

A larger page count or a more extensive content brief can increase the project scope. If your business needs detailed pages for many services or locations, we work that out before quoting. Website projects are typically $5,000; a larger site receives a fixed proposal after the discovery call.
Allow six to nine weeks from kickoff through launch for a typical build. You’ll need time to supply business details and photos, then review content and designs. We agree on the schedule with you so feedback and approvals have a place in the project.
Your business owns the domain, hosting, WordPress installation and content, so you can choose who maintains it. We use WordPress and provide a walkthrough of your site. Ownership is part of the build, including the ability to continue using what you paid for after our work ends.
The optional $99/month hosting and maintenance plan covers daily backups, software and security updates, and basic website changes. It also includes secure private hosting on a dedicated high-speed server. It is separate from the build; you can choose it if you prefer us to handle routine upkeep.
We can write the website from your business details and a discussion of your work. Send the photographs with notes about what your team did, the service involved and what you can publish. You check our draft for accuracy, so the site describes your business in terms you would use with a customer.
Free action plan
Bring a link to your current site and examples of work you want to sell more often. On a short video call, a co-founder will outline the pages and build scope in a free website plan.
