Service delivery

By engaging our services, you accept these policies, subject to your written service agreement. Delivery follows the agreed scope and timeline.

Contract term and cancellation

Our usual service agreement starts with a six-month contract, then continues month to month. Cancellation requires at least 30 days’ written notice. A specific written agreement may set different terms.

The AI receptionist is the exception: it has no contract and no setup fee, and you can cancel it at any time.

Refunds and payment

Paid fees are non-refundable. Payment is due within seven days of the invoice date. Service starts or continues once payment is received; late payment may delay or suspend service until the account is current.

Website ownership

Completed website ownership, including design, text and graphics, transfers after full payment. Stock photographs, source code and proprietary elements retain their respective owners’ rights.

Client materials

Provide required text, images and videos within the agreed timeline. Delays may affect completion and incur additional fees.

Liability

Lithium Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Confidentiality

We do not disclose clients’ proprietary information without consent, except as required by law.

Policy changes

We may update these policies and will notify clients of changes. Continued service use constitutes acceptance.
