Privacy Policy

Who this policy covers

Lithium Marketing operates lithiumseo.com. This policy covers information collected through our website, website forms, chat, scheduling links and communications with our team. A separate service agreement may govern information we handle on behalf of a client or through a client’s own website.

Information you choose to give us

When you request an action plan, book a call or ask about our services, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, business website, service interests, budget and the goals or other details you provide. We also receive the contents of emails, chat conversations and other communications you send us.

Our chat feature uses AI to help answer questions. Messages and related technical information are processed by the systems that operate that feature. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, health information or other sensitive personal information through chat or our website forms.

Calls made through tracking or automated answering systems may generate call details, recordings or transcripts, depending on the service and settings in use. Recording notices or consent requests are provided where required.

Information collected when you visit

Our website and service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location inferred from technical data, and interactions such as a call, form submission or video play. Cookies and similar technologies may assign identifiers to your browser, remember preferences, measure visits or connect an advertising interaction with a later inquiry.

Security systems also process connection and request information to identify automated traffic, limit repeated submissions and protect the website. Our form rate limiter stores a keyed representation of the connection’s IP address rather than the raw address in its rate-limit database. Other infrastructure, including hosting and security providers, may keep their own access logs.

How we use information

  • Respond to questions, prepare proposals, schedule conversations and provide requested services.
  • Manage client relationships, communicate about work and maintain business records.
  • Understand which pages and advertising efforts lead to useful inquiries, and improve our website and services.
  • Operate chat, scheduling, call tracking and video features.
  • Prevent spam and misuse, investigate technical problems and meet applicable legal obligations.

Tools and service providers

We use providers that process information to deliver the functions described below. Their own privacy policies explain how they handle information within their services.

Hosting, email, chat and other operational providers also process information as needed to support our business. These services may process information in the United States or other countries in which they operate.

When information is shared

Information may be shared with our team and service providers for the purposes above, when you direct us to share it, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud or protect rights and safety. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition or transfer, information may be included subject to applicable requirements.

Mobile phone information and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that help us deliver communications may process that information to provide the service.

Your choices

You can limit optional information you provide, manage or delete cookies in your browser, and choose whether to use chat or play embedded videos. Blocking cookies may affect some features. A browser’s Do Not Track setting does not by itself disable the tools described in this policy.

Google offers ad personalization controls and an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These controls apply to the services and browsers covered by those tools.

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contact us. For text messages, follow the opt-out instructions provided with the messages. We may still send communications needed to fulfill a request, administer an active service or meet legal requirements.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Email [email protected] to ask about information we hold about you or to request access, correction or deletion. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, including a copy of your information, an opt-out of certain processing or an appeal of a decision on a request. You can use the same contact address to make or appeal a request.

We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Some information may need to be retained for an active service, legal obligation, security purpose or other permitted reason. We will explain applicable limits when responding.

Retention and security

We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, providing services, maintaining necessary records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the information, its purpose and applicable requirements. Copies may remain in backups or provider systems until those records are replaced or removed under the relevant retention process.

We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, including access restrictions and safeguards against automated form abuse. No website, transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Children and links to other websites

Our services and website are intended for businesses and adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and address it.

Linked websites, client examples and third-party services have their own privacy practices. This policy does not govern websites we do not operate.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our website, services or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Additional notice will be provided when required.
