The build
The first job of a Savannah website is showing work on the kind of property the customer is standing in. Of Savannah's homes, 59.2% went up before 1980, which puts repair, replacement and remodel work at the center of a trade site here, and Lithium Marketing builds the WordPress pages around that work. Every service page should carry a photo of a job you finished in that kind of house.
Savannah's downtown is one of the largest National Historic Landmark Districts in the U.S., and if a customer hires work inside it, they will want to know you have been in one of those buildings. A page that shows a finished project there answers a question a general gallery cannot.
The visitor
“web design savannah” draws about 320 searches a month, and that traffic is people shopping for a builder, not for a plumber. Your own visitors arrive another way: a search for the job, a directory page, or a neighbor's recommendation, and they often arrive on a phone.
Angi, Reddit, Thumbtack and Yelp all appeared in the top ten for “plumber savannah” when we checked. A directory gives a customer a rating and a number to call; your site is the place that can show the scope you take, the areas you cover and the jobs that look like theirs.
| Search | Searches a month | Cost per click |
|---|---|---|
| web design savannah | 320 | $16.00 |
| website design savannah | 320 | $16.00 |

The housing stock
The median home in Savannah is worth $248,900, and the city holds 68,174 housing units. Work on a house at that value can be a considered purchase, and the page that wins it carries a photo of a finished job and one clear way to ask for a quote.
Only 14.9% of the city's housing went up in 2010 or later. Keep a new-construction page if you build, but put the repair and remodel work in front of it, because that is the housing the city has most of.

Project work and repair work
93 residential remodelers and 65 new home builders work in Chatham County, and both sell a project a customer usually thinks about for weeks. Their sites need a gallery that loads on a phone, a page for each kind of job and a short form that captures the scope before anyone drives out.
Smaller fields split in two. Chatham County lists 29 excavation and site preparation contractors, which is project work with a long lead time, and 26 pest control companies, whose pages should list the treatments they sell, not project work. Neither page should borrow the other's shape.

The build steps
You approve the pages, the words and the design before anything goes live.
Job photos, your service list and the parts of the county you cover. We read the photos before writing a line of copy.
A page for each service that pays, plus area pages for the neighborhoods and towns you work in. You get the list before design starts.
The mobile design comes before the desktop one, because that is where a customer in a hurry will meet the site.
Forms, call links and tracking get tested, old addresses get redirected, and you get a private video walkthrough for edits.
What every Lithium website includes
The same eight parts go into every website build, wherever the business is.
A Portland-area client
Sarkinen Plumbing is a Portland-area plumber. Lithium's work for the company covered a new website, its SEO and its Google Ads, and the numbers on the card come from that combined job. Nathan Boos of Hillsview Building gives his own account of working with the team in the quote panel.

“A lot of options out there for websites and SEO. I’ve worked with this team for years now and would highly recommend them. They know their stuff and deliver results. More importantly to me- they care about service and follow through on what they say they will do. Easy to work with and communicate with. Thank you!”

The city pages below carry housing figures for the places a Savannah crew might work, so a remodeler can compare the local stock before building a page around it. Charleston, North Charleston, Mount Pleasant and Columbia are in South Carolina, Jacksonville is in Florida, and Augusta is in Georgia. The final pill lists the rest of Georgia.
Published price
$5,000
typical project
Larger sites get a fixed proposal after a 30-minute discovery call. Six to nine weeks from kickoff to launch. You own the domain, hosting account, WordPress install and content.
Most service business sites land at the published price. A larger build, with dozens of finished projects and a page for each service and each part of the county, gets a fixed proposal after a discovery call, before any work starts.
The site is yours from launch. Your domain and hosting sit in your own accounts, the WordPress install and every page and photo are handed over, and the logins come with them. If you leave, nothing has to be rebuilt or exported.
A planned move protects them. The old addresses that carry traffic or links get redirected, and Search Console gets a look for a few weeks after launch. A ranking can still slip, and no one can promise otherwise, so every page Google already trusts ends up on a live address.
The photos come from you, because a stock image of a roof is worth nothing to a customer standing under one. Send what is on your phone from recent jobs. We write the copy from a call with you and your service list, so the writing does not land on your plate.
The site runs on WordPress, so adding a service page or swapping a photo is a typing job, not a coding one. We record a private walkthrough of your own site, and if nobody on the team wants that task, the optional hosting and maintenance plan at $99 a month covers hosting, daily backups, software updates, security updates and basic changes.
Free action plan
Send the address of your current site and three photos of finished work. On a short video call, a co-founder will mark the pages you need and explain what each stage of the build covers.
