Search results in Savannah
The page a Savannah customer sees first is where the work begins, and on a plumber search that page is mostly map. When we checked “plumber savannah”, the Map Pack came ahead of every organic result. Its three businesses carried 78, 2,000 and 1,000 Google reviews. Lithium Marketing builds the Google Business Profile, service and area pages, and matching listings that a Savannah trade needs to compete for those clicks.
The Ogeechee River forms Savannah's southern city limit, and a good deal of Chatham County sits outside the city line. If your crews work past that line, the places they drive to need their own area pages, and your Google Business Profile service area should cover the same ground.
The queries
Savannah searches for a specific job are big enough to carry their own page: 1,300 a month for “landscaping savannah”, 1,000 for “plumber savannah” and 590 for “roofing company savannah”. A customer who types one of those usually has a job in front of them, and a page about that job is easier for Google to match than a services list.
“seo savannah” draws about 170 searches a month, which is a thin slice of the traffic a service site can win. The pages that earn the rest are written for a trade and a place: a page for drain cleaning, a page for the Southside, a page for the county work you take.
| Search | Searches a month | Cost per click |
|---|---|---|
| seo savannah | 170 | $16.58 |
| seo company savannah | 10 | not reported |
| seo agency savannah | under 10 | not reported |
| seo services savannah | under 10 | not reported |

The housing
The median home in Savannah was built in 1971, which makes replacement a live question on a lot of the property you quote. Write the replacement page next to the repair page, and say on each one which of the two jobs you take.
The median Chatham County home was built in 1986, which is newer than the city's. If you work on both sides of the line, the county page should show newer housing than the city page, so the photos match the house a customer is standing in.

The trades
Chatham County lists 70 electrical contractors. A field that size has no shortcut into the map results, so the work is a profile with the right categories, a page for each job you take, and reviews that name the job.
Pest control is smaller still, at 26 county companies, and the smaller number changes the plan for a firm in that field. A page for each treatment you sell answers a search that a general home-services page cannot, and the profile can carry the same list.

The retainer
We clear what blocks Google, then write the pages, then earn the links that lift them.
Crawl errors, slow templates and broken links go first. Those are the fixes that usually show movement inside the first 30 days.
Categories, services, hours and service area get set on your Google Business Profile, and a simple request goes out after every finished job.
A page for each service you want more of and each area you work in, with the price range, the questions you ask on the phone and photos of finished work.
Links from suppliers, trade groups and local coverage, pointed at the pages that need to move, not at the homepage.
What every SEO retainer includes
The same eight parts go into every SEO retainer, wherever the business is.
Where the numbers came from
Town & Country Glass is a commercial glass company in Portland, and Lithium built its website, ran its SEO and managed its Google Ads. The card shows what that work did. Daniel Busby of Willard Power Vac, an air duct, dryer vent and chimney cleaning business, describes his own experience in the quote beside it.

“Lithium Marketing has been amazing for our business. They have greatly increased our web traffic and helped us land hundreds of jobs. Before we started using Lithium we were sitting on page 8 in google. We are now sitting in the top spots in all the areas we do work.”

An area page is how a contractor reaches work beyond the home city. The SEO pages below do that job for the nearby cities, and each one carries its own search figures, so you can see whether the demand justifies a page of yours. The final link lists every Georgia city.

The technical fixes usually move within 30 days. Local and long-tail rankings typically take 60 to 90 days after that. Your report counts calls and booked jobs, so the trend is visible while the rankings catch up.
Two things move you inside the range above: how many services need their own pages, and what a booked job is worth to you. A one-van plumber who wants three service pages sits low in the range. A remodeler with eight services, a thin site and a short review history needs more pages and links each month, so the number lands high.
Not usually. If the site is slow, hard to read on a phone or missing a page for the work you sell, those gaps get fixed as part of the retainer, and a rebuild only makes sense when the structure cannot be repaired. We will tell you which one you are looking at on the first call.
A home-based contractor can compete for them, with the profile built for a service area. Google weighs how close a business sits to the searcher, so a home address reaches the streets nearby and little further. List a service area on the profile and leave the street address off it, then let the pages and reviews carry the rest.
We do, from a call with you. You send the service list, the price ranges and the photos, and we draft each page, then you approve every claim before it goes up. Your crew reads it once to check the details are right.
