Help customers find the work you do
Lithium Marketing helps service businesses earn calls across the Twin Cities through local SEO, service content and Google Business Profile work. Searches for “pest control twin cities” average about 70 a month. A pest company answering that demand needs a page explaining its treatments and how to schedule a visit.
The same principle applies to a repair, an installation or a planned outdoor project. We research the service and city terms your customers use, improve the pages that answer them and track the resulting calls. You can see which parts of your territory are attracting leads and where the site needs more work.
Build around the search
About 140 monthly searches use “roofing company twin cities”. A roofing page can explain your repair and replacement options, the materials you work with and what an estimate involves. Answer those questions from your own service process; do not make a visitor piece together the offer from a general list.
When we checked “plumber twin cities”, the local business listings displayed 7,300, 4,900 and 374 Google reviews. Angi and Yelp also appeared among the organic results. We help you ask customers for reviews and correct directory listings, giving buyers accurate service and contact details as they compare providers.

Look beyond the regional phrase
Bloomington’s city-specific phrase, “plumber bloomington mn”, receives about 590 monthly searches. If your crews cover Bloomington, a page can explain the services available there and show work you have completed in the city. That gives a visitor more to act on than a suburb name in the footer.
Plymouth has a separate search audience: about 210 searches a month for “plumber plymouth mn”. We research city terms for your trade and choose pages based on your coverage, current visibility and job priorities. Your site should be able to explain work in Plymouth without repeating a Minneapolis page with the name changed.

Show the details buyers compare
Landscaping services total 1,605 establishments across the Twin Cities metro’s counties. Explain which projects you take on and publish photos with enough detail to understand the work. A page about ongoing maintenance should answer different questions from a page about a yard installation.
Pest control accounts for 59 establishments in the metro. A treatment page should make the service boundaries plain: what is included, what requires a separate visit and how a customer books. We apply that detail to page titles and profile categories, then watch the calls each service attracts.

The monthly SEO work
Your retainer covers the pages, technical work and business information needed to pursue the services and cities in the plan.
We compare your search visibility with the jobs you sell and the cities you serve. The result is a prioritized list of pages to improve or create, with technical problems that could hold them back.
We address crawl problems, broken links and page performance, then review your Google Business Profile and directory details. Customers should find consistent contact information and an accurate service list.
We turn your project details and customer questions into service and city content. Links, schema and readable answer sections help search engines understand how those pages fit the business.
Monthly reporting follows visibility, calls and quote requests. With your booked-job records, we can see which services are earning work and use that information to choose the next improvements.
What every SEO retainer includes
The same eight parts go into every SEO retainer, wherever the business is.

The garden center Drake’s 7 Dees hired Lithium for SEO, website design and Google Ads. Its case separates the reported search and advertising results. For another owner’s perspective, Marc Rickabaugh of Rickabaugh Construction describes his experience with the company’s website and SEO work.

FAQ
Still curious?

The scope follows the services you want to grow, the cities you serve and the condition of your website. A business with strong service pages may need focused technical and profile work. A broader territory with missing content requires more writing and links. We also consider revenue per lead when setting a sustainable monthly plan.
Judge early progress in stages: technical fixes commonly show movement within 30 days, while local and long-tail rankings typically take 60 to 90 days. Revenue tends to build from month four. Reports connect that progress with calls and leads, so you can evaluate the work before expecting every target service to gain ground.
You can pursue organic searches in cities you serve through pages that describe your work there. Your Google Business Profile must reflect the business as it exists. Google determines map visibility, including the role of proximity; listing a service area does not secure a map position in every suburb.
After a typical six-month initial agreement, service continues monthly with 30 days’ notice. We explain the scope and terms in your proposal before work begins. The reporting gives you a record of the pages, search progress and leads to use when deciding whether to continue.
AI search preparation is included in SEO, but an AI tool decides which businesses it mentions. We organize clear answers, strengthen service content and add schema and consistent business facts. Those changes help tools read your site; the report still focuses on customer leads and the work completed.
