Help buyers see the fit
Lithium Marketing builds South Florida service business websites around the work a customer is deciding to hire. In the South Florida metro, 45.4% of homes were built before 1980. If you repair or renovate existing homes, your own job photos can show how you approach that work before a visitor asks for an estimate.
The housing and trade figures here cover Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Your website should help a homeowner understand the service, recognize a project like theirs and contact you without hunting through menus. We write the copy, design the pages and build in WordPress, with your review before launch and your ownership afterward.
Make each visit count
Someone arriving from a roof repair search should see roof repair information immediately. A remodeling visitor may need project details before calling. We organize your website so that each service page answers the hiring questions and makes requesting an estimate easy, with call buttons tested on mobile screens.
South Florida cities should be easy to find in your coverage information. If you work in Hialeah, Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, say which services you provide in each. A customer should be able to check their location and describe the job without opening a long brochure or guessing what a form field means.

Use your project history
Homes built in 2010 or later account for 9.3% of South Florida metro housing. If you work on newer properties as well as older homes, give both kinds of projects room on the site. A caption should say what your team did and why the customer hired you; those details help the next buyer compare the project with their own plans.
Owner-occupied homes make up 60.5% of occupied housing across the South Florida metro. If your company also works with landlords or property managers, explain how they arrange a visit. The form can ask who is requesting the work while leaving the technical diagnosis and quote to your staff.

Photographs with a purpose
Residential remodelers total 2,827 across the South Florida metro. To help a buyer compare your company, project pages should explain the room, the customer’s goal and the work completed. Use enough detail to help someone recognize the kind of project you take on, then invite them to describe their own.
Electrical contractors have 2,080 establishments in the South Florida metro; the metro also has 1,048 painting contractors. An electrician can explain a service upgrade beside a finished-job photo, while a painter can show the preparation behind the finished surface. We select layouts for the information your customers need, including fast contact for repair requests.

From job knowledge to finished site
Your review time and project material go into the schedule at the start, so the build has a clear path to launch.
We agree on services, cities and the questions the website must answer. Existing pages and incoming leads help identify what to keep.
You provide photographs and job details; we write service explanations and project captions that describe the work your company completed.
We build mobile and desktop layouts, test form delivery and phone links, and add analytics and call tracking before publication.
We redirect replaced URLs and give you a private Loom recording of your WordPress site, including how to update text and photographs.

Larger sites get a fixed proposal after a 30-minute discovery call. Six to nine weeks from kickoff to launch. You own the domain, hosting account, WordPress install and content.
A service business website is typically $5,000. The proposal may be higher for a larger page count or more extensive project content. We agree on the services, city pages and features before pricing the build, so you can compare the cost with the site your company needs.
Allow six to nine weeks from kickoff to launch for a typical build. Photographs, service details and timely reviews keep the schedule moving. We set the milestones with you before starting and explain when you will review the content, design and finished site.
Your business owns the domain, content, hosting account and WordPress installation. We provide access and show you how to make changes. You can continue with Lithium for support or keep maintaining the website yourself; ownership stays with your company.
We review existing traffic and search data before deciding what to replace. Pages that earn calls or have valuable links need a planned place in the rebuild. Where a URL changes, we redirect it to the matching page and check the site after launch.
You receive an editing walkthrough, and optional hosting and maintenance costs $99/month. That plan includes hosting, daily backups, software and security updates, and basic website changes. If you prefer to manage the site yourself, the WordPress access and recorded guidance let you do that.
