Help a visitor choose
Lithium Marketing builds contractor websites that explain the work and make requesting an estimate straightforward for Silicon Valley customers. Homes built before 1980 make up 59.7% of Santa Clara County's housing. If your crew repairs or improves established properties, the site should show those jobs with photographs and plain explanations of what changed.
A visitor needs to recognize their own project in your work. We organize services and galleries so a roof repair, a room remodel or a garden improvement is easy to find. Phone links and a short estimate form sit beside the information that helps the customer decide.
Make the website worth the visit
At the recorded check for “plumber silicon valley”, Yelp was present in the organic results. Your own website can finish the introduction a directory starts: describe the work, show your crew's projects and explain how an estimate begins. We build those answers into pages customers can read comfortably on a phone.
A regional site should also name the cities you serve without making customers search the footer. Someone reviewing a project from Santa Clara may want similar work in Sunnyvale. Clear coverage beside your service descriptions helps them decide if they should contact you.

A portfolio for more than one kind of home
Newer homes belong in the picture too: 10.6% of Santa Clara County's housing was built in 2010 or later. If your company repairs older homes and improves newer ones, show examples of both. Describe the starting condition and your work, so a finished photo carries more information than its appearance alone.
In Santa Clara County, owners occupy 55.1% of occupied homes. If you serve landlords as well as homeowners, the form should let either describe the job and identify who can arrange access. We keep those questions brief so customers can request an estimate without filling in a full project specification.

Let your work do the explaining
Among Santa Clara County's trades are 892 residential remodelers. A remodeling site needs enough project detail for a customer to understand the rooms changed and the work involved. We pair photographs with short descriptions and connect each project to its service page.
Santa Clara County's 394 new home builders need room to explain whole projects. Painting contractors, with 246 establishments in Santa Clara County, can show how they prepare and finish individual spaces. We arrange the project pages around the services you sell and connect each example to an estimate request.

From content to a working site
You review the service story and designs before we build, and we check the finished site against the customer tasks it needs to handle.
We gather the details of your work and choose examples for each service. The page plan shows where every gallery and estimate form belongs.
We write the copy and design the main pages around service, coverage and trust. You review how the site works on a phone and a larger screen.
We build in WordPress and test form delivery, phone links, analytics and page performance. The customer should know what happens after sending a request.
We redirect old addresses to the appropriate pages and check the launch. Your private Loom walkthrough explains how to update your own content.
What every Lithium website includes
The same eight parts go into every website build, wherever the business is.
A website within a wider marketing program
A septic company needs customers to understand its services before calling. For Byers Septic Service, Lithium's work included building the website, developing SEO and running Google Ads. Daniel Busby describes the effect of our marketing on job bookings at Willard Power Vac, his duct and chimney cleaning business.

“Lithium Marketing has been amazing for our business. They have greatly increased our web traffic and helped us land hundreds of jobs. Before we started using Lithium we were sitting on page 8 in google. We are now sitting in the top spots in all the areas we do work.”

An extensive service list, a large project library or extra website functions can increase the build scope. A service business website is typically $5,000; we give larger builds a fixed proposal after discovery. The page plan makes it clear what writing, design and functionality the price includes.
A typical website takes six to nine weeks from kickoff to launch. We agree the review stages and gather your content early so design and writing can move forward. Your availability for feedback and the amount of material needed shape the schedule in the proposal.
The domain, WordPress installation, hosting account and content belong to your business. You retain access to the finished site, so changing providers does not mean starting from scratch. We also give you an editing walkthrough for handling routine content changes yourself.
Photographs of your own completed work are the starting point; a professional shoot is not required for planning. Send the images you have and tell us what each job involved. We can identify gaps before design begins and help you choose examples that explain your services accurately.
You can maintain the site yourself or choose Lithium's optional hosting and maintenance for $99/month. The plan includes backups, software and security updates, and basic website changes. It is separate from the build, so we discuss ongoing support without making it a condition of owning the site.
Free action plan
Send your current site and examples of the jobs you would like to feature. A co-founder will discuss page structure, ownership and the build schedule with you on a short video call, then outline your free website plan.
