Give your work a better website
Your Plano website should help a visitor understand the job before asking for an estimate, and Lithium Marketing builds it around that decision. For Plano housing, the median year built is 1993. If you work on existing properties, use completed repair and upgrade projects to show customers the work you can take on.
We design and build on WordPress, writing the service copy with your input. A plumber needs to explain the repairs it handles; a roofer needs to show how an estimate begins; a landscaper can use finished projects to explain its installation work. Visitors should recognize the work they need and see how to contact you.
A website has to answer the search
About 390 searches a month use “web design plano”. When comparing designers, ask to see how a proposed site helps someone hire your business: the service explanation, the photos and the form all need to work on a phone. A good-looking homepage is only part of the purchase.
The estimate for “water damage restoration plano” is 260 searches a month. A visitor with water damage needs a direct explanation of the service and an obvious call button. Someone researching a planned improvement needs more project detail. We design those pages around different decisions, while keeping navigation consistent.

Show the range of properties you work on
In Plano, 18.4% of housing was built before 1980. If you repair or remodel older properties, show the original problem, the work you completed and the finished result. That gives a buyer more to judge than a gallery of finished rooms without captions.
Housing built in 2010 or later accounts for 13.7% of Plano’s homes. Include newer-property examples when they are part of your work, too. We organize the gallery by the services a customer can hire, so a visitor can find a comparable job without knowing the age of their house.

Photos need an explanation
New home builders account for 198 establishments in Collin County. For a builder or remodeler, a project page can explain the brief, show the finished work and tell a buyer what to bring to an estimate meeting. It makes your experience easier to evaluate before the phone rings.
Collin County records 53 painting contractors. A painter’s photos need context: interior or exterior, the surfaces involved and what the company did. The same approach helps other trades turn a picture into a reason to call, without asking a visitor to guess what is included.

From your job history to a working site
We handle the writing and build; you supply the business details and review how your work is presented.
We discuss your services, review job photos and agree on the page list. Each page has a customer question to answer and a next step to offer.
You see the phone and desktop designs with your content in place. We check how easily someone can read a service description, inspect photos and request an estimate.
We build the WordPress site, test forms and phone links, and configure analytics and call tracking. Old page addresses are accounted for before launch.
At handover, you receive account access and a private Loom walkthrough for routine edits. You can publish another completed project without commissioning another website.
What every Lithium website includes
The same eight parts go into every website build, wherever the business is.
A build with search and advertising support
Byers Septic Service’s case study covers the website Lithium built and the SEO and Google Ads work supporting its marketing. The results describe that broader engagement. A typical build costs $5,000 and covers a WordPress website with service copy, responsive design and contact tracking. We agree on the page list before starting. A larger build receives a fixed proposal after a discovery call about its pages and functions. Hosting and maintenance are optional ongoing costs, separate from the build.
Allow six to nine weeks for a typical build, from kickoff through launch. Your service details and job photos help us write the site, and timely design feedback keeps the project moving. We agree on the schedule with you before work begins so you know when your input is needed.
The domain, hosting, WordPress installation and all website content belong to your business. You retain the accounts and can choose another provider. We also give you a private Loom walkthrough, so routine text or photo changes do not depend on keeping an agency relationship.
Your team can manage it, or you can choose our optional $99/month hosting and maintenance plan. It includes secure private hosting on a dedicated high-speed server, daily backups, software and security updates, and basic website changes. That covers routine care; we discuss larger additions separately so you know what work is included.
We review existing pages before deciding what to rebuild or remove. Pages earning search visits or links need a place in the launch plan, either retained or redirected to the closest replacement. We also test the contact forms on the finished site, so a redesign does not leave a customer at a dead end.
