Web design for Denver trades
Lithium Marketing builds Denver contractors’ WordPress websites around the work customers need to see before calling. With 55.5% of Denver’s homes built before 1980 and the median home dating to 1975, photos of completed repairs and upgrades deserve room on the site. We group your own projects by job type so visitors can find work that resembles theirs.
Denver has had three of the top 10 costliest hailstorms in U.S. history. If you repair roofs, siding, gutters or windows, a storm damage page built ahead of time, with your inspection steps and any insurance claim help you offer, is ready to send traffic to if a storm comes through.
From search to site
“Electrician denver” draws about 1,600 searches a month, and someone searching with a dead outlet may be on a phone, ready to call the first site that looks right. That’s why your number, the areas you serve and one recent project belong on the first screen a phone shows.
Google also showed a People also ask box for “plumber denver” when we checked. Those questions can help shape a plumbing page’s FAQ, alongside the questions customers ask you directly. Put the answers near the contact button so a visitor can settle a concern and request the work.
| Search | Searches a month | Cost per click |

| website design denver | 2,900 | $17.42 |

Denver housing
The median Denver home is valued at $616,000, so an owner hiring for work on it has a lot riding on the choice. Put your license and insurance details, recent reviews and labeled project photos where that owner looks before calling.
At the other end, 20.0% of the city’s homes date from 2010 or later. Central Park, one of the city’s newer neighborhoods, was built on the site of a former airport. If you sell work for newer homes, from finished basements to added circuits and smart thermostats, give it its own page, separate from your repair pages.

Sites by trade
For the 270 residential remodelers in Denver County, a homepage works best opening on finished rooms: a kitchen, a basement, a bath, each linking to a gallery and a request form that asks about the project.
For urgent repair work, make calling possible before a visitor reaches the gallery. About 1,300 searches a month name “garage door repair denver”. If you offer same-day help, put the number, coverage and hours together at the top; a landscaping estimate page can give more space to project photos and the request form.

From kickoff to launch
Nothing moves to the next stage without your sign-off, and calls, forms and tracking all get tested before launch.
We start from the work you want more of and the neighborhoods and suburbs you want it from, and that list decides which pages get built.
You see each page’s layout and wording as a draft first, so changes happen while they’re still quick to make.
Your photos, reviews and service details go into the build, and you review it on your own phone and computer before anything goes live.
Old addresses are redirected to their new pages and the site is resubmitted in Google Search Console, so the rankings your current site has earned have the best chance to carry over.
What every Lithium website includes
The same eight parts go into every website build, wherever the business is.

Lithium built the website for F&W Fence Co., a fence company, and ran its SEO and Google Ads alongside it. Chris Martin of Mt. Hood Pro Painting shares his experience in a Google review next to the card.

“Ever since we've used Lithium Marketing, our phone has been ringing off the hook and we can hardly keep up with the leads we get from Google, Facebook or through our website. Most of our leads other than referrals are through Google and it's all because of Lithium Marketing.”

FAQ
Still curious?
Call (503) 766-5964 or email [email protected].
For most service businesses, it is: the typical build covers about 90% of the sites we make, with the pages, galleries and contact paths a trade business needs. A site with many more pages or custom features is priced separately, and you see that number before any work starts.
It goes with you. The site and domain are yours. If you move to another provider, you can take the WordPress files and choose where to host them; we explain the handover steps with you.
Not for everyday edits. Because the site runs on WordPress, updating a price, posting a new project or replacing a photo takes no code, and a short Loom video recorded on your own site shows you how. If you’d rather not touch it, the optional hosting and maintenance plan is $99 a month.
The build includes the technical setup that helps Google read your pages. Ongoing content, link building and Google Business Profile work belong to the separate SEO retainer, at $1,300–$3,000 a month. You can launch the website first and decide on that continuing work after reviewing your goals and budget.
Not necessarily. Phone photos of real jobs, taken in good light, show owners work that’s plainly yours. We’ll tell you which shots to take, and if you have few yet, the site launches with a plan to add them as jobs finish.
Free action plan
Point us to your current site and name the jobs you want it to sell. During a short video call, a co-founder shows where it loses calls and sketches the pages a new one would need, with the price.
