Show the work behind the name
Lithium Marketing builds contractor websites that help Omaha customers understand the work and request an estimate. Omaha’s median home construction year is 1973. If older properties are part of your business, use completed jobs to show how you approach them, with short explanations beside the photos.
A visitor needs to know if you handle the service, cover the address and can explain what happens after contact. We write those answers into the design, then build the site on WordPress. Your own service details guide the copy, from a repair visit to a larger installation project.
Design around the incoming visitor
About 1,000 searches each month use “electrician omaha”. Someone arriving from an electrical search should find the types of work you perform and a direct way to contact you. A list of specialties, a completed job example and visible contact options can answer more than a large decorative opening image.
“Landscaping omaha” accounts for roughly 1,300 monthly searches. For a business selling outdoor projects, pair the service description with photos that show what you built or maintained. We connect those examples to an estimate request so visitors can ask about comparable work without searching through the navigation.
| Search | Searches a month | Cost per click |
|---|---|---|
| web design omaha | 480 | $10.93 |
| web designer omaha | 480 | $10.93 |
| website design omaha | 140 | not reported |

Explain the property work
Housing built in 2010 or later represents 7.6% of Omaha’s homes. If you work on both newer properties and older buildings, choose examples from each. Organize them by what the customer needs done, so a visitor can see the difference between an addition, a replacement and ongoing maintenance.
Omaha’s owner-occupied share is 57.4% of occupied homes. When landlords or property managers are also customers, describe how they arrange estimates and authorize work. The contact form can ask about the property and service without assuming the person submitting it lives there.

A site for your kind of work
Residential remodeling accounts for 286 establishments in Douglas County, Nebraska. A remodeler’s project page should explain which parts of the job the company managed, with enough detail for a homeowner to recognize a similar project. Finished photos become more persuasive when the scope is clear.
The roofing category contains 94 establishments in Douglas County, Nebraska. If your roofing company offers repair and replacement, make both easy to find. Across trades, we keep the service descriptions specific and the contact steps short, so a visitor can move from recognizing the work to asking about a job.

Build around a customer’s questions
We agree on the pages and content before building, then test how a visitor gets from the offer to your team.
We organize your service list and project examples into a page plan. Your current site helps identify content and URLs worth preserving.
You review how the design presents scope, photos and estimate requests on phones and larger screens. We write the copy from details your company can stand behind.
The WordPress build gets working forms, phone links and analytics. We check them before launch and prepare redirects for existing pages that move.
You receive access and a private video walkthrough of your website. We explain where to edit services and add completed jobs, with optional maintenance available.
What every Lithium website includes
The same eight parts go into every website build, wherever the business is.
Website work with a wider program
A website build was part of Lithium’s work for Portland-area business Sarkinen Plumbing, along with SEO and Google Ads. Read the case for that full scope. The garden center owner quoted alongside it, Drake Snodgrass of Drake’s 7 Dees, shares his experience of Lithium’s work.

“Lithium has moved us to page 1 in Google search organically. Prior to working with them we spent a huge part of our marketing budget on paid search. Website redesign was a great experience.”

A typical $5,000 build includes WordPress design, website copy, contact forms, analytics and call tracking. We agree on the pages and launch work before you approve the project. If you need a larger service catalog or project library, we quote that scope separately so you know the full build cost before work starts.
The domain, hosting, WordPress installation and content belong to you. Your business keeps control of the accounts needed to run the site, including if you change providers later. We review access during the project and show you how to edit your own pages after launch.
We write the website copy using your service details and job examples. You check that it accurately describes what the company does. Send photos you have permission to use, the areas you cover and the questions customers ask; those are more helpful than trying to draft every page yourself.
Allow a typical six to nine weeks from kickoff to launch. Your proposal establishes the scope, and the build needs your feedback on content and design along the way. Having service information, photos and account access ready helps the project move through those decisions.
Optional hosting and maintenance is $99/month, separate from the build. It includes private hosting, daily backups, software and security updates, plus basic website changes. You can also manage the WordPress site yourself; the walkthrough gives your team a starting point for routine content edits.
