Design starts with what you sell
Lithium Marketing builds websites that help Northern Virginia service businesses turn interest in their work into estimate requests. Across the Northern Virginia metro area, 38.3% of housing predates 1980. When older-property work is part of your service, your website should show examples and explain what you handled.
A customer should be able to see your services, check coverage and request help without hunting through a photo gallery. We write the content and build the site in WordPress. You review the design and service details before launch, and the finished website belongs to your business.
Let the visitor land on the right work
“Roofing company northern virginia” draws about 70 searches monthly. For visitors considering your company, a roofing page should distinguish an inspection, a repair and a replacement estimate when you offer those services. Pair the explanation with job photos and a visible way to ask for help.
The phrase “landscaping northern virginia”, with about 40 monthly searches, covers several kinds of work. Maintenance and installation buyers need different information before contacting a business. We organize service pages around those decisions so customers can identify the work they want without guessing from a general gallery.

Show the properties your team knows
Homes built in 2010 or later make up 13.2% of the housing stock in the Northern Virginia metro area. If your business works on those properties, include examples alongside older-home projects. Explain what changed and why the customer hired you, without assuming a house's age tells the whole story.
The owner-occupied share of occupied housing is 65.5% across the Northern Virginia metro area. Make the estimate form understandable to an owner planning a project, with room to describe the property and the work. If your team also serves managed properties, explain who should contact you to arrange access or approval.

Give the buyer something to compare
With 1,249 residential remodelers in the Northern Virginia metro area, a portfolio should explain why a customer would choose your company. We give selected projects their own story: the customer's goal, your work and the result. A bathroom photo becomes more persuasive when the visitor understands the job.
Painting contractors number 303 in the Northern Virginia metro area. A painting website can show preparation and finished surfaces; repair businesses can use service explanations and photos of completed work. The layout follows what your customers need to judge, with contact buttons close to that information.

From existing site to finished build
We plan the new site around the work you want to sell and protect the pages customers already use.
We review your current URLs, services and project photos. Your team explains the jobs behind the images, and we decide what needs a fuller description.
You review the page structure and layouts on desktop and mobile. Service information, proof and estimate requests are placed together where they help a customer decide.
We develop in WordPress and check forms, phone links and tracking. The test includes a complete estimate request, so the handoff to your team is checked before launch.
We redirect replaced URLs and check the new pages after launch. A private Loom walkthrough shows your team how to update its own content.
What every Lithium website includes
The same eight parts go into every website build, wherever the business is.
A website within a wider program
The Portland-area business Sarkinen Plumbing received website development, SEO and Google Ads from Lithium. Read its case study with that full scope in mind. Chris Martin of Mt. Hood Pro Painting shares a separate customer's view of working with Lithium.

“Ever since we've used Lithium Marketing, our phone has been ringing off the hook and we can hardly keep up with the leads we get from Google, Facebook or through our website. Most of our leads other than referrals are through Google and it's all because of Lithium Marketing.”

FAQ
Still curious?

Extra content or functionality can put a project beyond the typical $5,000 build. A large library of projects or extensive service-area coverage takes more writing and page design. We identify that work during discovery and provide a fixed proposal so you can judge the full scope before starting.
A typical website takes six to nine weeks from kickoff to launch. Your part is to supply service knowledge and photos, then review the designs and content. We agree on the scope and schedule before work begins so the launch fits your business plans.
The domain, hosting, WordPress installation and content remain yours. Ownership is part of the build, and your team receives a walkthrough for editing the site. A later decision about SEO, advertising or website care does not require you to give up the website.
Lithium writes the copy from your service knowledge and project material. Send the services you want to promote, where you perform them and photos you can publish. We ask about the jobs behind those photos, then you check the wording for accuracy before it goes live.
Optional hosting and maintenance is $99/month and includes hosting, daily backups, software and security updates, and basic website changes. Your team can also edit its WordPress content. Larger additions are discussed separately so routine care and a new project do not get confused.
