Show the job behind the photo
Lithium Marketing builds websites that help Long Island service customers understand your work and request an estimate. Across Nassau and Suffolk counties combined, 76% of housing was built before 1980. If your crews work on older homes, show the problem, the work completed and the finished result. We turn your project details into pages a homeowner can use to decide if your company fits the job.
A good site also makes smaller jobs easy to find. Someone looking for a repair should not have to read a whole remodeling portfolio to discover that you offer it. We organize your services around the work customers ask for, with a visible call button and short estimate form wherever they arrive.
Design for the arriving customer
About 590 searches a month use the phrase 'roofing company long island'. A roofer's website should help those visitors find repair or replacement details quickly, see completed work and ask about their own property. We design the navigation and service pages so customers can make that choice without hunting through a general photo gallery.
For heating and cooling businesses, 'hvac repair long island' registers about 170 searches a month. If the visitor needs a repair, make your coverage and appointment process easy to read on a phone. A quote form should ask for what your team needs to respond, with room to describe the problem in everyday words.

Work with the housing you serve
Homes built in 2010 or later make up 4.2% of housing in Nassau and Suffolk counties combined. If you serve newer properties, give that work space in the portfolio too. We select examples from your own jobs, explain what you installed or changed and keep the story focused on the service another homeowner can hire.
The owner-occupied share of occupied homes is 82.1% across Nassau and Suffolk counties combined. Your site should explain how homeowners move from an initial question to an estimate. We write that process in your words, including what information you need at the start and what can wait until your team has seen the property.

Make the portfolio earn its space
The Nassau and Suffolk county market contains 3,257 residential remodeling establishments. For a remodeler, project pages should tell a fuller story than a row of finished-room photos. We explain the original goal, the parts your company handled and the result, then place an estimate invitation beside that example.
Painting contractors number 658 across Nassau and Suffolk counties combined. A painting site can organize work by interior or exterior service and show details that a homeowner can compare. We use the same care with every trade's images: readable captions, sensible page sizes and contact options that remain easy to reach.

From job photos to a working site
We write and design around your services, then test the experience a customer will have on a phone.
We gather your service list, coverage and photos, then interview you about selected jobs. The page outline separates everyday service calls from larger estimates.
You see your own services and project examples in the layouts. We check that a customer can find a job type, understand the offer and start an estimate request.
We implement the WordPress site and test call buttons, forms and confirmation messages. Tracking records leads so the launch has a way to measure customer response.
We map existing URLs to their replacements and check the live site after launch. A private Loom walkthrough shows your team how to edit its pages and add work.
What every Lithium website includes
The same eight parts go into every website build, wherever the business is.
A build within a broader program
A website was part of Lithium's engagement with Sarkinen Plumbing, a Portland-area business; SEO and Google Ads were also included. Willard Power Vac's Daniel Busby describes his company's experience in the testimonial; that business handles air duct, dryer vent and chimney cleaning.

A service business website typically costs $5,000. A larger page list or more extensive project content can change the scope, and we price that before work begins. Optional hosting and maintenance costs $99/month and includes backups, software and security updates, and basic website changes.
We need your service details, job photos and feedback at agreed review points. Lithium writes the copy and builds the site. A typical project takes six to nine weeks from kickoff to launch; having access, photos and decisions ready helps keep that schedule on track.
Your domain, hosting, WordPress installation and content belong to your business. We explain account access and editing at handoff, so a future agency can work with the finished site. You can also handle routine text and photo changes yourself after the walkthrough.
We redirect old page addresses to the closest matching pages in the rebuilt site. Before launch, we review existing content and traffic so important services retain a place in the new structure. We check the redirects and search tools after launch to catch broken links or indexing problems.
The form can start with the service, property location and a short description. We agree with you which information is required to respond and which can wait for a call or visit. That lets a customer explain the job without pretending to know measurements or a final specification.

Your finished jobs are the starting point. Add a website link and a few project photos to your request, and tell us what customers struggle to find. You'll discuss the page structure, ownership and launch schedule with a co-founder during a short video call.
