How Dallas SEO works
The Map Pack is where Lithium Marketing starts SEO for a Dallas service business, because that’s what Google put first when we checked “plumber dallas”. The three businesses in it had 2,000, 305 and 1,400 Google reviews. A profile that wants a place beside them needs the right categories, every service listed, recent job photos and a habit of asking each finished customer for a review.
Google also showed a People also ask box for that search, and no AI Overview appeared when we checked. Service pages that answer the customer’s question in their opening lines, with schema markup and the same business details everywhere, give Google answers it can pull into that box, and into an AI Overview if one shows up later.
Trade demand in Dallas
Searches naming Dallas run to about 4,400 a month for “plumber dallas”, 3,600 for “pest control dallas” and 1,600 for “electrician dallas”. Each one describes a different job, and Google matches a search to a page about that job, so every service you sell gets its own page with its own title, photos and answered questions.
Below the pack, four directories held spots in the first 10 organic results when we checked: Angi, Facebook, Thumbtack and Yelp. We claim or correct your profile on each so the name, phone number and hours agree with your site, because conflicting listings make it harder for Google to tell which details are right.
| Search | Searches a month | Cost per click |

| seo dallas | 2,900 | $24.59 |
| seo company dallas | 1,300 | $17.33 |
| seo agency dallas | 1,000 | $28.52 |
| seo services dallas | 590 | not reported |

Dallas neighborhoods
Dallas is a city of named areas. Southwest of Downtown lies Oak Cliff, East Dallas includes Deep Ellum and the Lakewood neighborhood, and in the northeast quadrant of the city is Lake Highlands. If you take jobs across several of them, a page for each area you serve, with work you finished there, gives Google something to match when a search names that part of town.
With about 340 square miles of land inside the city limits, one shop address can’t sit close to every customer, and distance from the searcher counts in the Map Pack. Organic area pages are how a business on one side of Dallas can earn calls from the other.

Dallas County trade counts
Electrical contractors and landscaping services are two of the bigger fields on the Dallas County chart, at 553 and 497 companies. In fields that size, we treat the Google profile as your storefront: the right primary category, every service listed, photos from recent jobs and a reply to each review, kept current every month.
“Roofing company dallas” draws about 2,900 searches a month, and 243 roofing contractors are based in Dallas County. A roofer’s site needs separate pages for repair, replacement and inspections, since a leak repair and a full replacement are different jobs with different questions behind them.

What the retainer covers
The fixes that move fastest go first, and links come last, once there are pages worth pointing them at.
We check your site’s speed, indexing and page titles and your Google Business Profile’s categories and services, then fix the gaps holding you back most.
Each service and each Dallas area you cover gets its own page, written from your jobs, with photos and answers to the questions customers ask.
After each finished job, your customer gets a text asking for a Google review, and we help you write replies to the ones that come in.
Multi-tiered link building points other sites at the pages that produce calls, and the monthly report shows calls and leads for each one.
What every SEO retainer includes
The same eight parts go into every SEO retainer, wherever the business is.
Results
Byers Septic Service, a septic company, had Lithium build a new website and run its SEO and Google Ads, and the card shows the combined result of that work. Chris Martin of Mt. Hood Pro Painting, a painting company, speaks to his own results in the quote beside it.

“Ever since we've used Lithium Marketing, our phone has been ringing off the hook and we can hardly keep up with the leads we get from Google, Facebook or through our website. Most of our leads other than referrals are through Google and it's all because of Lithium Marketing.”
Chris MartinMt. Hood Pro PaintingBeyond the city line
The nearest cities to Dallas each have an SEO page of their own: Mesquite, Garland, Irving, Richardson, Carrollton and Grand Prairie. If your crews already take jobs in one of them, its page shows the trade search figures there, and a city page on your own site is the usual next step once your Dallas pages are built. The Dallas-Fort Worth page sums up the metro, and the Texas page lists cities statewide.
Published price
$1,300–$3,000
per month
Typical local SEO retainer, scoped against what a lead is worth to you, with AI search optimization included.
The range runs $1,300–$3,000 a month. Where you land depends on how many services and areas need pages and how far your Google profile is from complete. An electrician with a solid profile who needs a handful of service pages sits near the low end, and a remodeler who needs a page for every project type and part of town sits near the top.
Expect stages, not one date. Profile and technical fixes tend to register within 30 days, area and service pages usually need 60 to 90 days to climb, and from month four the gains compound as pages, reviews and links add up. Your monthly report shows the calls along the way.
It can compete for a spot. Google lets a service-area business hide its street address and list the cities it serves, and it judges the profile on relevance, distance and prominence. Area pages on your site, a complete list of services and review requests after each job all help a profile without a storefront.
There’s no set number to hit. Review count is one signal among several: Google also weighs how recent your reviews are, how often you reply to them and how complete your profile is. We set up a text request after every finished job and help you write replies, so your count grows with the work you do.
Most of it comes at the start: a kickoff video call, access to your website and Google Business Profile, your service list and the areas you cover. After that, plan on a monthly report call, sending job photos when you have them and a quick yes on new pages before they publish.

Name the three jobs you most want more calls for and include your website address. A co-founder checks where your profile appears in the Dallas Map Pack for each of them and, on a short video call, maps out which pages and profile changes to start with.
