Help buyers recognize their project
Lithium Marketing builds websites that help Newark service businesses explain their work and turn visits into calls. In Newark, 65.6% of housing was built before 1980. If your company works on established properties, the site should show those jobs and explain the repairs, upgrades or improvements you completed.
A customer comparing contractors needs more than a polished homepage. We write the service pages, organize your project photos and make the phone and estimate form easy to find. The finished WordPress site belongs to you, including the domain, hosting and content.
Design the page a customer lands on
“Garage door repair newark” attracts about 140 searches a month. Someone arriving on a repair page needs to see the problems you handle, the area you cover and how to reach you. A detailed explanation and a prominent call button make that page ready to receive visitors from search or ads.
There are about 50 monthly searches for “web design newark”. When comparing designers, inspect a working site on your phone: read a service page, open the menu and try the quote form. We design those actions into the site and test them before launch, so the sales process works beyond a screenshot.
| Search | Searches a month | Cost per click |

Match the photos to the property
Newark’s median housing construction year is 1966. Choose examples that explain how you work with an existing building: what changed, what stayed and what a customer can ask you to quote. A painter can show preparation and finishes; a remodeler can describe how a room was changed.
Large apartment buildings and rowhouses characterize Newark’s East Ward housing. If those are properties you serve, include those projects alongside detached homes. We can explain how property managers request an estimate and keep the form focused on the details needed to start, such as the job, address and contact information.

Give each trade the right material
Essex County’s painting trade includes 104 establishments. A painting website can help customers compare your work through room photos, surface preparation details and a clear description of what an estimate covers. A generic gallery with no captions leaves the customer to guess what your team did.
For Essex County’s 405 residential remodelers, project descriptions deserve more space. Before-and-after images work best beside the homeowner’s brief and a description of the finished work. A landscaper can use that format for installations, too. For plumbing or roof repairs, we put the service details and call button where a visitor can find them quickly.

A build you can review as it develops
We agree on the page list and review stages at kickoff, then test the finished site before it replaces the old one.
You provide service details, coverage and photos of completed jobs. We organize the page list and write copy that explains how customers can hire you.
We show mobile and desktop designs, including the service menus, project sections and estimate forms. You review how the business looks and what each page asks a visitor to do.
We develop the WordPress site and test calls, form delivery and navigation. Analytics and call tracking help you see how visitors contact the business.
We redirect old URLs to the correct pages and check the launch. A private Loom walkthrough shows your team how to update text and project photos.
What every Lithium website includes
The same eight parts go into every website build, wherever the business is.
Website work in a larger engagement
The F&W Fence Co. case includes a website built by Lithium, along with SEO and Google Ads. Its reported results reflect that full engagement. Dave Turin, who runs Dozer Dave, also shares his recommendation of DJ Van Zanten for help with websites and internet marketing.

A service-business website typically costs $5,000. A larger page list or more extensive build gets a fixed proposal after discovery. We discuss the services, project galleries and locations the site needs to cover before quoting, so you can decide what belongs in the initial build.
The usual build takes six to nine weeks from kickoff through launch. You review the designs and pages along the way. Providing job photos, accurate service details and feedback helps keep the work moving; we agree on the review stages and schedule before the project begins.
The domain, hosting, WordPress installation and content are yours. You retain control of those assets if you change providers. We also supply a private walkthrough for routine editing, so adding photos or changing service text does not have to depend on an ongoing agency relationship.
We review existing URLs and redirect changed addresses to the matching pages on the replacement site. That keeps visitors and search engines connected to your content. We also check Search Console around launch; search positions can change, so no designer should promise that every ranking will remain identical.
Optional hosting and maintenance costs $99/month. It includes hosting, daily backups, software and security updates, and basic website changes. You can also manage the site with your own provider. We explain the ongoing options separately from the build so you can choose how much help you want.
